Daily Routine with Essential Oils

The most common misconception about oils is that more is better when in reality it’s consistency is better.  For example, when you wake up not feeling your best self, consuming 3 drops of Thieves Vitality and then nothing else the rest of the day isn’t going to cut it.  You have to be consistent throughout the day which means less oil but applying them more often.  To get back to the basics, I wanted to outline my daily routine to give some guidance to those who have questions.

Nighttime Diffuser Recipe:

  • 3 drops Lavender
  • 3 drops Cedarwood
  • 2 drops EITHER Vetiver, Peace & Calming, or White Angelica

For an outline on each of the oils I use on a daily basis, read below:

  • Awaken: Helps awaken one to the possibility of higher potential.
  • En-R-Gee: A blend that improves one’s energy in a natural way without overstimulating.  It may also help with mental alertness.
  • Progessence Plus:  This is a harmonizing serum designed specifically for women.  The benefit is only a very small dose of progesterone is needed to achieve beneficial results.
  • White Angelica: A blend of Bergamot, Geranium, Myrrh, Sandalwood, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Spruce, Hyssop, Melissa and Rose(!). These oils together help ward off negative energy.  Side note, if I could only have 1 oil the rest of my life, this would be it.
  • Joy: The fragrance in this blend promotes feelings of love, self-love, and confidence.
  • Present Time:  This blend was specifically created to help bring people into the moment.
  • Sacred Frankincense:  This type of Frankincense oil may help deeper spiritual awareness and helps reduce brain “noise”.
  • Valor:  This blend helps us overcome fear and opposition so that we can stand tall during adversity.
  • Thieves: A blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary to aid in wellness.
  • RutaVala Roll-On: A blend of Ruta (relaxing oil for the mind and body), Valerian (it has a sedative effect), Lavender (relaxing oil that can also aid in balancing the body).
  • Tranquility Roll-On: A blend of Lavender, Cedarwood, Roman Chamomille. The perfect blend to help in calming nerves.
