Tired of that Racing heart? Try these essential oil tips.

Three ways to use Young Living oils to help that racing heart:

Topical

1 oz Dropper Bottle or cut in half for the 10ml Roller Bottle:

  • 20 drops Lavender
  • 10 drops Valor
  • 6 drops Grapefruit
  • 6 drops Vetiver
  • 4 drops Joy
  • 4 drops Release
  • 4 drops Cedarwood

Directions: Mix oils in a 1 oz dropper bottle or a 10ml roller bottle and fill with a carrier oil.  Apply to wrists, back of the neck, inside of elbows, the bottom of feet, temples, behind ears, and on shoulders, as needed.

Fight the Good Fight Diffuser Blends:

Chill Out Blend:

  • 3 drops Grapefruit
  • 3 drops Orange
  • 2 drops Lemon
  • 1 drop Bergamot

Mood Elevation Blend:

  • 2 drops Frankincense
  • 2 drops Peppermint
  • 2 drops Orange
  • 2 drops Lime

Someplace Safe Blend:

  • 4 drops Lavender
  • 2 drops Frankincense
  • 2 drops Cedarwood

Vitality Oils for Consumption:

  • Each morning, 1 drop Frankincense or Sacred Frankincense under your tongue to stay even-keeled all day long!

    How big is your diffuser that your using for these essential oil recipes?

      I have Young Living’s Desert Mist Diffuser in all of our rooms! It can run for about 5, 8 or 10 hours depending on the setting.
