Rainbow Fruit Pops: Slow Juicer Recipes that can be enjoyed by people of all ages for the entire summer.

Summer is quickly approaching which means snack time will be at an all-time high!  I am always looking for various secrets in getting my kids to eat more fruits and veggies and my go-to trick during the summer is popsicles and juice!  My kids love making fresh juice with me and its an amazing way to add leafy greens into their diet.  Almost all dark, leafy greens can be masked with something citrusy and kids will think they are scoring with real fruit juice!

Toddler Making Fruit Juice

Using our Hurom Slow Juicer (which I talk about in my post on best kitchen splurges), you can create a thin liquid which is great for “Otter Pop” popsicles.  If regular juice is more of your thing, you can simply juice using your slow-juicer and drink immediately (I recently bought Zipzicles for my kids and we are loving!  If plastic isn’t your thing, these are also great).
